Brian Clark Aupperle son of the late William and Bernadine Aupperle, was born in Atlantic, Iowa May 6, 1956 and peacefully passed away August 12, 2018 at Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown, Iowa.
Brian grew up in Greenfield, Iowa with the class of 1974, obtaining his GED later. He served in the Army for three years and was stationed at the DMZ in Korea. He worked various jobs in construction and retail locations in Iowa and Oklahoma before he resided at the Iowa Veterans Home due to health reasons.
He was a member and was baptized at a young age at Greenfield United Methodist Church, and baptized again while living in Knoxville, Iowa.
He leaves behind half-sister Constance Jenkins and husband James of Quincy, Illinois, half-brother George Leonard and wife Linda of Keota, Iowa, sister Brenda Farmer and husband David of Knoxville, Tennessee, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Private family services were held at the Steen Funeral Home in Greenfield with burial in the Greenfield Cemetery.
