Debra Annmarie Fostun was born June 25, 1952, the daughter of Arthur J. and Gladis (Moneleau) Goguen in Lynn, Massachusetts. She passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020, at the Mercyone Hospice Home in Johnston, Iowa, at the age of 68.

She grew up in Lynn, Massachusetts. She married Greg Fostun in California and they moved to Greenfield, Iowa, in 1991. She talked to her sister, Charlene nightly. She enjoyed making custom cakes with her mother Gladis and loved, loved Christmas. She also enjoyed crafts. Debra attended church at the Cornerstone Fellowship in Greenfield, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Greg Fostun; and brother, Daniel Goguen.

She is survived by her two sons, Kenneth Duval and wife Christina and their children, Jared and Lucas Duval and Carl Duval and his children, Christopher and Shawn; two great grandchildren; brother, Chester; sister, Charlene; other relatives and friends.
