Doug Teas, 65, of Greenfield

Celebration of Life:  A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at the Greenfield Bowl in Greenfield, Iowa, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  The Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield is in charge of the professional arrangements.  Online condolences may be left to the family at www.lambfuneralhomes.com.

Douglas Eugene Teas was born on November 7, 1957, the son of Joseph Frederick and Vivian Eleanor (Sheeder) Teas in Des Moines, Iowa.  He passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023, at the Greenfield Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Greenfield, Iowa, at the age of 65.

Doug had two daughters, Amanda and Faith.  He worked for Rose Acres in Stuart for nine years and also worked at A&B Electrical in Des Moines.  Doug farmed for Dean Shike for over 30 years before retiring.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Teas.

He is survived by his mother, Vivian Teas of Greenfield; two daughters, Amanda Teas (Dennis Cunningham) of Greenfield and Faith Oaks (Jesse) of Murray; six grandchildren, Chelsey Rinard (Zach Hebert), Dustin Teas, Britni Wills (Colton), Jimmy Graham (Hailey Chew), Joseph Cunningham and Tucker Oaks; three great grandsons, Maddox Hebert, Bentley Wills and Kash Wills; three sisters, Barb Engles of Greenfield, Debbie Warrior of Fontanelle and Norma Wright (Pete) of Des Moines; many aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
