Gerald Kirkland passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at his home.  

Services: There will be no services held at this time.  Burial will be in the Moon Cemetery near Macksburg, Iowa.  The Lamb Funeral Home in Greenfield is in charge of the professional arrangements.  Online condolences may be left to the family at www.lambfuneralhomes.com.

Survivors:  He is survived by his significant other, Rosemary Ellis of Greenfield; two sons, Duane Kirkland (Ingrid) of Loveland, Colorado and Scott Kirkland (Connie) of Green Valley, Arizona; four grandchildren; one granddaughter; two brothers, George Kirkland (Betty) of Branson, Missouri and Dennis Kirkland (Janice) of Creston; two sisters, Nancy Smith (Jim) of Macksburg and Linda Evans of Creston; other relatives and friends.
