Inez Chloe Reiff was born January 23, 1926 in Antlers, Oklahoma and will be taken back home to Antlers. She worked cleaning houses for people and being a caregiver.
She first heard the truth in 1956 from Roy Dritzel, “My Preacher” in Oklahoma.
On December 4, 1986, she was married to David R. Reiff in Antlers, Oklahoma. They lived together for 13 years in Scottsbluff, Nebraska until he entered into rest September 2, 1999.
She had a stroke affecting her right leg and was in the hospital 3 weeks. After that she moved into Well-Life on January 22, 2010 and lived there 5 years. In 2015, she moved to Westridge Care Center in Clarinda, Iowa and in 2017 she moved again to Fontanelle, Iowa to Good Samaritan Society. She lived there until entering into rest on February 16, 2018.
Inez kept her days busy by finding a joy in bingo and loved to collect her winnings in order to be able to spoil whatever kids may pop in to visit her. Never did a day go by that she did not have a smile on her face, no matter how she felt that smile always shined through. Also keeping her days busy was bible reading and by attending meetings or visiting with workers as they passed through the area. Inez had a love for music whether by singing or listening to it in her spare time. And in the last year you could always pop into Inez’s room for some chocolate goodies so that she could spoil you some more.
Inez was preceded in death by her husband David R. Reiff; parents Giney and Blanche Pope; brothers and sisters Charles Leroy Pope, Dennis Rex Pope, Hattie Marie Pope, Giney Maxwell Pope, Henry David Pope, AllaLena June Pope, Donald (Buster) Pope, and Daisy Lou Pope.
